One Day Meditation Retreat November 8th
Join us on Saturday, November 8th for a one day mediation retreat, traditionally known as a zazenkai in zen parlance. Our zazenkai will be held at the Church of the Epiphany in Decatur (address down below) from 8.30am to 5pm. This location offers us a quiet and calm place to meditate, and talk about zen practice. A zazenkai offers a great opportunity to intensify your practice in a short period of time, to help center and ground your mind; in a quiet and supportive environment.
Address of Church of the Epiphany is:2089 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307
Please contact us and we'll keep you updated about ZenSpace events via email announcements.
